מסמך רשמי. ככל הנראה נקרע מפינתו של מסמך גדול יותר. תיארוך: התקופה העות'מאנית. כולל את החתימה "אני העני נעמת אללה בן עת'מאן", שמתייחסת אולי לבית הדין של ג'אמע אלצאלח. מתחתיה טביעת חותם בצורת שקד ועליה שמות כגון [...] בן עת'מאן ו-[...] בן סלימאן.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Official document. Likely torn from the corner of a larger document. Dating: Ottoman-era. Contains the signature "I am the poor one Niʿmatallāh b. ʿUthmān," possibly then referring to the court of the Jāmiʿ al-Ṣāliḥ. Underneath there is an almond-shaped seal imprint featuring names such as [...] b. ʿUthman and [...] b. Sulaymān. (Information in part from FGP.)
