רשימת פריטים פגועה מאוד, כנראה רשימת נדוניה. נכתבה על ידי חלפון בן מנשה הלוי (פעיל 1100–1138 לספירה). דף כפול. בעמוד הימני של הגב מוזכרת אחותו של ברכאת, שהייתה אשתו של אבו עלי.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Very damaged list of items, probably a dowry list. Written by Halfon b. Menashshe ha-Levi (fl. 1100–38 CE). Bifolio. On the righthand page of verso mentions the sister of Barakāt who was the wife of Abū ʿAlī.
