Princeton Geniza Project description: Paraliterary text. Very early calendar calculation using the fixed rabbinic calendar. Dating: 842-843 CE, based on the example year given in the calculations. "This text is[...]a calculation of the tequfah (equinox or solstice), based on calculating the difference between solar and lunar years (a lunar year being defined as twelve lunations)" (Stern, 2024). Verso left: contains a horoscopic birth record for a child named Rachel (information from Stern).
