תעודה משפטית בכתב ידו של אפרים בן שמריה (פעיל בשנים 1077–1055 לסה"נ). ח'לוף מגיש תביעה על ירושתו של אבראהים בן עלאן. המסמך מקוטע, ולכן קשה לעמוד בבירור על מהלך העניינים. נזכרים בו חנות; הפקדה שעשה ישועה; סכום של 190 דינרים; "אביו הארון בן אסמאעיל"; ח'לוף בן יהודה; יעקב; עלאן; אפרים; ושוב עלאן. בצד האחורי יש טקסט ספרותי כלשהו בעברית וקטע זעיר ממסמך נפרד בערבית-יהודית (ענדה... דנאניר...).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal record in the hand of Efrayim b. Shemarya (fl. 1077–1055 CE). Khallūf makes a claim on the inheritance of Ibrāhīm b. ʿAllān. The document is fragmented, so it is tricky to figure out what is happening. Mentions a shop; mentions Yeshuʿa making a deposit; mentions a sum of 190 dinars; mentions "his father Hārūn b. Ismāʿīl"; Khallūf b. Yehuda; Yaʿaqov; ʿAllān; Efrayim; and again ʿAllān. On verso there is some literary text in Hebrew and a tiny fragment of a separate Judaeo-Arabic document (ʿindahu... danānīr...)
