קטע מאגי גדול במיוחד הכולל טקסט קופטי בהיקף נרחב, וביניו פזורים ביטויים ביוונית (ירודה). תודה לפרופ' מריה מאברודי על זיהוי הלשונות, ולפרויקט Coptic Magical Papyri על תיאור מפורט ותרגום חלקי של הקטע. מדובר במעין ספר נוסחאות-קמע שנועד להגן על האישה ההרה סוּרא בת פֶּלקא ועל ילדיה.
Princeton Geniza Project description: A very large magical fragment with copious Coptic text and scattered phrases in (poor) Greek.
