שרידי שטר משפטי עם נוסחי פטור. בכתב ידו של חלפון בן מנשה הלוי (פעיל 1100–1138 לספירה). הצדדים הם אבו זכרי וברכות. ייתכן שהם זהים לצדדים ב-T-S 16.247 (אבו זכרי בן יוסף הכהן והחבר ברכות בן אהרן הכהן הגלילי).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal fragment with release formulae. In the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe ha-Levi (fl. 1100–1138 CE). The parties are Abū Zikrī and Berakhot. They might be identical with the parties in T-S 16.247 (Abū Zikrī b. Yosef ha-Kohen and the ḥaver Berakhot b. Aharon ha-Kohen ha-Jalīlī).
