שריד מהסכם המפרט את התנאים שהוטלו על השוחטים שקיבלו רישיון מטעם הקהילה הארץ-ישראלית בפוסטאט. על המסמך חתומים החבר בן מבורך, אלעזר בן שמואל, נתן בן אברהם, נסים הכהן בן אהרן ומצליח בן צמח. התיעוד מתוארך לראשית המאה ה-11. המידע מבוסס על תיאורו של גויטיין ועל כרטסת הרישום שלו.
