שטר הודאה (אקראר) בערבית, שמור כמעט במלואו. מתוארך ל-16 בד'ו אל-קעדה 537 להג'רה, הוא 2 ביוני 1143. ההצהרה ניתנת על ידי שני יהודים תושבי העיר אח'מים: סעיד בן מנצור ובו אל-חסן בן אברהים. ככל הנראה הם חייבים חוב בסך 80 דינר ("אל-נקד אל-חאפט'י אל-מצרי...") ליהודי אחר, אבו אל-חסן בן פנחס ("פנחאס"). בצד האחורי שתי תוספות; התחתונה שבהן היא הצהרה של בעל החוב. דרושה בדיקה נוספת.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Deed of acknowledgment (iqrār). Nearly completely preserved. In Arabic. Dated: 16 Dhū l-Qaʿda 537 AH = 2 June 1143 CE. The declaration is made by two Jewish men, Saʿīd b. Manṣūr and Bū l-Ḥasan b. Ibrāhīm, who live in the city of Akhmīm. It seems that they owe a debt of 80 dinars ("al-naqd al-Ḥāfiẓī al-Miṣrī...") to another Jewish man, Abū l-Ḥasan b. Pinḥas ("Finḥās"). There are two addenda on verso; the lower is a declaration by the creditor. Needs further examination.
