מסמך משפטי המזכיר את מושב בית הדין. בכתב ידו של חלפון בן מנשה הלוי (פעיל 1100-1138 לספירה). שברי אך ניתן להסיק חלק מהפרטים. נראה שמתייחס לאישה שנאלצה לפנות לבית הדין; ישנו גבר בשם שמואל(?) הזקן. ישנה התייחסות למה שמגיע לה ביחס (אליו?). ישנה גם התייחסות לתשלום או מתנה (המוטלת עליו כמזונות?). Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal document mentioning the seat of the Bet Din. In the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe ha-Levi (fl. 1100-1138 CE). Fragmentary but some of the details can be deduced. Appears to refer to a woman who was forced to have recourse to the court; there is a man named Shemuel(?) ha-Zaqen. There is reference to what she deserves in relation to (him?). There is also reference to a payment or gift (incumbent on him as support?). (Information in part from CUDL)
