רשימת הזכרה (memorial list). לפי קטלוג פן: 31 השורות הראשונות מונות נכבדים שנפטרו; משורה 32 בצד הרקטו עד שורה 7 בצד הוורסו מוסיפות ברכות לצאצאיהם החיים; ותשע השורות האחרונות הן ברכה לקהילה ולמנהיגה הנגיד משה (אולי הרמב"ם?). בולט במיוחד אזכורו של ר' פרחיה (שורה 17) שמת על קידוש השם.

"The first 31 lines list dead notables, l. 32 recto - l. 7 verso add blessings for their living decendants, the last nine lines are a blessing for the community, and its leader the Nagid Moses (Maimonides?).
