מכתב תנחומים מנתן בן שמואל החבר אל נכבד בשם נתנאל, ככל הנראה אבו אל-מפצ'ל נתנאל בן פרחיה. (הכוּניה שלו נכתבה בזווית של 90 מעלות, ושם אביו יחד עם התואר ראש הנדיבים מופיעים בכמה רשימות הזכרה מן התקופה הזו.) מתוארך לאמצע תמוז א'תס"ו לשטרות = יוני 1155 לסה"נ. קטע (החלק העליון בלבד). נראה כי אחיו של הנמען נפטר.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter of condolence from Natan b. Shemuel he-Ḥaver to a notable named Netanʾel, probably Abū l-Mufaḍḍal Netanʾel b. Peraḥya. (His kunya is written at 90 degrees, and his father's name along with the title Rosh ha-Nedivim may be found in several memorial lists from this period.) Dated: middle of Tammuz 1466 Seleucid = June 1155 CE. Fragment (top part only). It seems that the addressee's brother has died.
