שני קטעים מתעודת בית דין שנכתבה בידי חלפון בן מנשה הלוי (פעיל בשנים 1100–1138 לערך). המסמך כולל תיאור מפורט של סכסוך סביב בית. הכתב פרוש על שני הצדדים, וכמה שורות מחוקות בקווים. צד אחד: מוזכרת אישה; בנה אבו אל-חסן; ואדם שהתרגז על כך שהיא מבקשת למכור את הבית. הצדדים פנו לבית הדין היהודי, ולאחר מכן התקיימה התכנסות כלשהי מחוץ לבית הדין, אך ככל הנראה עדיין לא בערכאות המוסלמיות. הסכסוך נסוב על סכום של 30 ומשהו דינרים. הצד השני: מאזכר סכין (סִכִּין?), הצהרה שנמסרה על ידי אבו אל-סרור, ככל הנראה אותו סכום של 30 ומשהו דינרים, ואיום לפנות לערכאות המוסלמיות. מישהו אומר אז: "אמי אז אמרה...". יש התייחסות למסירת מסמך בתורת משכון (רהן). ככל הנראה מתחבר עם קטע נוסף.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Two fragments of a court record written by Halfon b. Menashshe ha-Levi (fl. 1100–38 CE). There is a detailed narrative of a quarrel over a house. There is text on both sides, and some lines are crossed out. One side: Refers to a woman; her son Abū l-Ḥasan; and someone upset that she wants to sell the house. They went to the Jewish court, then there was some sort of gathering outside of the court, but apparently not yet in the Muslim courts. The dispute involves 30-some dinars. The other side: Refers to a knife (? sikkīn), a declaration made by Abū l-Surūr, probably the same sum of 30-some dinars, and a threat to resort to Muslim courts. Someone then says, "My mother then said...." There is a reference to handing over a document as a pledge (rahn). Probable join with JRL SERIES B 7280: Alan Elbaum. AA. ASE.
