רישום מבית דין מתמוז א'תקל"ח למניין שטרות, יוני/יולי 1227. במסמך מופיע בנה של אחת משתי אחיות, שאביהן בו מנצור בן אבו אלמג'ד נפטר, אשר ערב לאמו לאחר שקיבלה את חלקה בירושה והתחייבה לא להעלות עוד שום תביעה נוספת כלפי מי מקרוביה — לא בבית דין מוסלמי ולא בבית דין יהודי. אם בכל זאת תתבע האם דבר מה, יישא בנה בכל הנזקים שייגרמו לצדדים האחרים כתוצאה מכך. קיימת רשימה של מסמכים נוספים הקשורים לעניין זה.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Court record. Dated: Tammuz 1538 Seleucid = June/July 1227 CE. In which the son of one of two sisters whose father, Bū Mansur b. Abū l-Majd, had died stood surety for his mother who, having received her share, would not make any additional claims against any relative, either in a Muslim or a Jewish court.
