שבר מכתב בכתב ידו של חלפון בן מנשה (פעיל 1100–1138 לספירה), בערבית-יהודית. השפה משפטית מאוד ויתכן שגם מדובר במסמך משפטי. נראה שמתאר את תנאי הסכם פיוס. מסתיים בסיום טיפוסי: 'ושלומך יגדל ואל ידל'. בשוליים בכתב יד שונה: 'מכתב זה הוא לשלה בן נסים'.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter fragment in the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe (fl. 1100–1138 CE). In Judaeo-Arabic. The language is very legalistic and it could also be a legal document. It seems to be describing the terms of a reconciliation agreement. It ends with the typical ending of a letter, "ושלומך יגדל ואל ידל." In a different hand in the margin: "This letter is for Shela b. Nissim." The document was subsequently torn up and reused for piyyutim.
