קריאה אל הקהילה היהודית הקראית לקבוע תפילה מיוחדת להרחקת רוח המלחמה ממצרים, בהתאם לבקשתו של המלך פארוק הראשון. המוסלמים יקיימו את התפילה ב-15 בשעבאן, ואילו היהודים יערכו אותה ביום הראשון של תשרי — ראש השנה — וביום הכיפורים. המסמך מתוארך ל-29 בספטמבר 1940 לסה"נ / 27 בשעבאן 1358 להג'רה / 27 באלול ה'ת"ש. כתוב בערבית ובעברית. המידע מבוסס על הקטלוג של חסנין מחמד רביעה, "דליל ות'אא'ק אל-ג'ניזה אל-ג'דידה".
