מכתב בכתב ערבי. נשתמרו כתשע שורות. נימת המכתב דחופה ובהולה (...جواب الكتاب سرعة فيالله عليك..., "תשובת המכתב במהירות, באלוהים עליך..."). התוכן טעון בדיקה נוספת. בשוליים הימניים מופיע האלפבית הערבי. בצד האחורי מצוי חיבור בענייני לוח שנה בעברית, ובפינה השמאלית התחתונה שרידים של חמש שורות אנכיות בכתב ערבי שלא זוהו.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Letter in Arabic script. Approximately 9 lines are preserved. The tone is urgent (...جواب الكتاب سرعة فيالله عليك...). Mentions that the boy Abū l-Wafāʾ has been sick for two months. Needs further examination for content. In the right margin is the Arabic alphabet. On verso there is a calendrical work in Hebrew (hand resembling Avraham Ibn Yiju?). At the bottom of recto and in the the bottom left corner of verso there are remnants of accounts in Arabic script and Greek/Coptic numerals. (Information in part from CUDL.)
