רשימה ממוספרת של הצהרות בגוף ראשון בהן בן מתחייב לנהגים שונים כדרך לקיים את מצוות כיבוד אב ואם. למשל: 'לא לקלל הורי אדם... לא ללעוג..., לשים יראת אלוהים בלבי... להתפלל בזמן הנכון... להניח תפילין וטלית...'. אולי גם 'לא לאכול בשוק' (#4). הוורסו מכיל רשימות קשורות כולל הביטוי 'אל-ממלוך שלמה'. ייתכן שכל השבר בכתב ידו של שלמה בן אליהו הצעיר.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Numbered list of first person declarations in which a son commits to various behaviors by way of fulfilling the fifth commandment of respecting one's parents (kibbud av va-em). E.g., "not cursing the parents of anyone... not mocking [...]... placing God's fear in my heart... praying at the correct times... putting on tefillin and ṭallit...." Also possibly "not eating in the market" (#4). Verso contains related jottings including the phrase al-mamlūk Shelomo. In the hand of Shelomo b. Eliyyahu (possibly as a boy or young man).
