רשימה הכתובה באותו כתב גדול כמו זה שבצדו השני של הקטע, ובה מוזכרים כל האנשים בשמם הפרטי או בצורה מקוצרת אחרת. בתחתית מופיע קו ולאחריו הכיתוב "אלשאמיין ב", שמשמעו ככל הנראה שהאיסוף הזה נערך ביום שני בבוקר בבית הכנסת של בני ארץ ישראל (הפלסטינים). על פי גויטיין, מדובר במחצית הראשונה של המאה ה-11.

At bottom, a line followed by 'al-shamiyyin b' no doubt meaning that this collection was made on a Monday morning in the synagogue of the Palestinians.
