חלק מכתובה. הכלה: סת אלכפר בת צדקה הכהן (סת אלכפר). החתן: [...] בן אברהם. מתוארך לשנת 14[.]8 (כלומר 11[.]6–7 לסה"נ). מקום: פוסטאט. כתב היד הוא של מבורך בן נתן (פעיל בשנים 1150–81), ולכן ניתן לתארך את המסמך לאחת מהשנים 1156/57, 1166/67 או 1176/77 לסה"נ. שמות העדים לא השתמרו. ניקוד ערבי מופיע מעל מילים בודדות, וחלקים שונים של רשימת הנדוניה מסומנים באמצעות סימנים.
