שטר מכר על רכישתם של שני בתים ושטח אדמה מושקית מצפון לפוסטאט בידי אבראהים בן מוסא בן צאלח היהודי, מדאוּד בן אזהר בן אבראהים בן אזהר היהודי (ייתכן שמדובר באותו דאוּד בן אזהר המופיע במסמך נוסף). מתוארך ל-6 בצפר 498 להג'רה (= 1104 לסה"נ). חתומים כעדים: אלחסן בן אלחסין בן עלי אלאנצארי, ועבד אלעזיז בן טאהר בן אסמאעיל.
