שריד קטן ממסמך רשמי הפונה אל "[...] אלאמירי אלכבירי אלעצ'די אלנצרי". נראה ששורה אחת בלבד וכמה מילים משורה נוספת של הטקסט המקורי שרדו, ואילו יתר השורות מולאו מאוחר יותר כתרגיל העתקה. צד ה-verso ריק. ניכרים בו קפלים, ובצד ה-verso ישנם סימנים לכך שהיה לכוד בתוך כריכת ספר; עם זאת, אין בו חורי סיכה.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Small fragment of a state document addressing "[...] al-amīrī al-kabīrī al-ʿaḍudī al-naṣrī." It seems that only one line and a few words of another line of the original are preserved, and the other lines were later filled in as a copying exercise. Verso blank. Folds; verso shows signs of having been sandwiched into a book binding; but no pinholes.
