שריד זעיר ממסמך משפטי, בכתב ידו של החזן חלפון בן מנשה הלוי, שפעל בין השנים 1100–1138 לסה"נ. הטקסט מכיל חלק קטן בלבד משתי השורות הפותחות של המסמך. ייתכן שמדובר באותו מסמך שאליו משתייך השריד הסמוך (PGPID 13540), וייתכן שקיימים שרידים נוספים הקשורים אליו בשמורות סמוכות. (על פי מידע שמסר אמיר אשור)
Princeton Geniza Project description: Minute fragment of a legal document, in the scribal hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe ha-Levi, fl. 1100–1138 CE. The text comprises a small portion of the opening two lines from the document. Possibly from the same document as the neighboring shelfmark ENA NS 77.215 (PGPID 13540).
