Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal document. Fragment (bottom part). Location: Sunbāṭ (a town in the Delta). Dated: Elul 1460 Seleucid = August/September 1149 CE, under the authority of the Nagid Shemuel b. Ḥananya. Involves Yefet and the late Abū l-Faraj al-Ṣabbāgh. There will be a payment in installments due during over the following year (1461 Seleucid). Witnesses: Avraham b. Saʿadya, Ḥalfon b. Yosef ha-Mumḥe, and Yiṣḥaq b. Moshe (the judge and muqaddam of Sunbāṭ in this period, known from documents such as T-S 24.25, T-S K3.32 and ENA 4020.60a, and T-S 13J16.6). (Information in part from CUDL)
