קטע משפטי בכתב ידו של חלפון בן מנשה (פעיל בשנים 1100–1138). המסמך מתעד יישוב סכסוך בין בעל, משה השר האדיר, לבין אשתו הראשונה, סת אלכמאל, שכמעט הגיעו לידי גירושין. עיקר המחלוקת נסב על כך שהבעל היה מוציא שני שלישים מכספיו על אשתו השנייה (ה"צ'רה" של סת אלכמאל), במקום לנהוג בשתי הנשים בשוויון. ככל הנראה התחייב הבעל לתקן את דרכיו, ואילו האישה התחייבה מצדה שלא לחשוב או לומר עוד דברים רעים על האישה השנייה או על קרוביה.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal fragment. In the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe (fl. 1100–1138 CE). Settlement of a conflict between a husband, Moshe ha-Sar ha-Adir, and his first wife, Sitt al-Kamāl, who nearly got divorced. The husband was spending 2/3 of his funds on his second wife (the 'ḍarra' of Sitt al-Kamāl) instead of treating them equally. He presumably promises to shape up, and she promises not to think or say bad things any more about the second wife or her kin.
