מסמך ממלכתי, שבר קטן. כתוב בכתב גדול במיוחד, המתאים ביותר למראית עין לצו מלכותי, אולם הנוסח דומה לנוסח עתירה סטנדרטי בתוספת השימוש ב"מַמְלוּכִּיהִי". נוצל מחדש ליצירה ספרותית עברית.
Princeton Geniza Project description: State document, small fragment. Written in enormous script, which seems most suited to a decree except that the formula bears resemblance to standard petition formula with the additional usage of "mamlūkihi". Reused for Hebrew literary work.
