שטר בית דין קרוע, כנראה שטר פטורין, בין אבו יעקוב יוסף אל-חרירי לבין אבו אל-ברכאת יהושע, בעניין משלוח משי שנעלם(?). הדובר נאלץ להסתתר בשל חובות לדיוואן. פנה בעתירה לנגיד (שר השרים ונגיד הנגידים, כנראה משה בן מבורך, שלט 1112–1127 לספירה) אשר סייע לו בנדיבות. AA/ASE
Princeton Geniza Project description: Torn court record, probably a bill of release, between Abū Yaʿqūb Yūsuf (Abū Yaʿaqov Yosef) al-Ḥarīrī and Abū l-Barakāt Yehoshuaʿ regarding a missing shipment of silk (?). The speaker was obliged to lay low due to debts owed to the dīwān. He petitioned the Nagid (שר השרים ונגיד הנגידים, probably Moshe b. Mevorakh, r. 1112–27 CE) who beneficently helped him. AA/ASE
