פנים: קולופון המצהיר כי עותק זה של ה'כתובים' נבדק במלואו ללא טעויות. נכלל בו דיון קצר באותיות הרבתי הקנוניות, כגון העי"ן בפסוק "וימנע מרשעים אורם" (איוב ל"ח, 15). מתחת לכך מצוין תאריך הגהת כתב היד: חשוון שנת 127[2] לשטרות = 4721 לבריאת העולם = אוקטובר/נובמבר 960 לספירה. גב: רשימת בעלות/רכישה הנושאת תאריך כסלו 135[.] לשטרות, כלומר בטווח השנים 1038–1048 לספירה.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Recto: Colophon stating that this copy of the 'ketuvim' has been checked completely without any errors. There is a brief disquisition on the canonical raised letters such as the ʿayin in Job 38:15. Underneath, the date of the checking of the manuscript is given as Heshvan 127[2] Seleucid = 4721 AM = October/November 960 CE. Verso: Ownership/acquisition note dated Kislev 135[.] Seleucid, which gives the range 1038–48 CE.
