קטע מסתורי בעיקר ביהודית-ערבית, עם קצת כתב ערבי. תיארוך: מאוחר, כנראה לא לפני המאה ה-16. רקטו אולי אוסף ניסיונות עט ואפוריזמים. בפינה שמאלית תחתונה ציטוט מגאלנוס על שאילת מתים (אהל אל-מקאבר) כיצד מתו. שתי שורות ראשונות של הגב אולי מרשם רפואי.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Mysterious fragment mainly in Judaeo-Arabic, with some Arabic script. Dating: Late, probably no earlier than 16th century. Recto might be a collection of pen trials (tajrīb al-qalam ʿalā al-qirṭāsila(!)) and aphorisms. At the lower left there is a quotation from Galen about asking dead people (ahl al-maqābir) how they died. The first two lines of verso might be a medical prescription.
