Princeton Geniza Project description: Accounts in Judaeo-Arabic. Dating: no earlier than 1707 CE based on the mention of Ottoman cinzirli coinage (first minted in that year). A variety of names are mentioned that could provide a clearer dating estimate with further research: Barūkh Maṣliaḥ, Avrahan Tawība(?), Saʿadiya Temīm, Shabbetay Palās, Saʿadūn Mūrādī. The first or last name Morkos (מורקוס/מורקס) is repeated in several entries, which is an Arabic rendering of the name Mark and common among Christian communities. MCD.
