מילון תלת-לשוני של עברית, ובו דוגמאות מקראיות ופירושים בלאדינו וביוונית-יהודית. דפוס. עותק יחיד (unicum), כלומר העותק הידוע היחיד של הספר הזה. תיארוך: המאה ה-16, אולי בסביבות 1557 לסה"נ. ניתוח מפורט מופיע במאמרה של יוליה קריבורוצ'קו, "מילון תלת-לשוני של עברית מהמאה ה-16", שפורסם במסגרת "פרגמנט של החודש" של יחידת המחקר לגניזה, ינואר 2021.
