מסמך מדינה, ארבע שורות שבורות בכתב קנצלריה, שנעשה בו שימוש חוזר לטקסט עברי. מתחיל בבסמלה ואחריה פסוק קוראני 'נצ'ר מן אללה ופת'ח קריב (61:13) וחסבלה. הצד החיצוני מציג כתמי דיו כבדים שנראה כניסיונות עט הן בערבית והן בעברית.
Princeton Geniza Project description: State document, four fragmented lines in a chancery hand, later reused for Hebrew text. Starts with a basmala followed by a Quranic verse 'Naṣrun min Allah wa fatḥun qarīb (61:13) and a ḥasbala. Verso features heavy smudges in ink in what appears to be pen trials both in Arabic and Hebrew.
