צו בכתב ערבי. כשתים עשרה שורות בערך, מאוחר יותר נחתך ושימש מחדש ליצירת קבצים. קשה לאחות את שברי הצו לפי סדר כתיבתם, אך מה שניתן לקרוא מצביע על כך שהצו מתייחס לסכסוך בין שני אנשים או צדדים שהיה לו תוצאה משפטית. מתוך השורות: 'מחלוקת שהביאה לתביעה המשפטית הנ'ל, והם התקהלו לתבוע את זכותם ועבר ביניהם ו[...]'. ניתן לקרוא גם את תחילת שם הפקיד (الامير ال). דרוש בדיקה.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Decree, in Arabic script. Approximately twelve lines, later cut and reused to form quires. It is difficult to piece the decree fragments in the order of their writing and the preserved lines do not reveal much content but from what can be discerned, the decree appears to address a conflict between two people or parties which had a legal consequence "a disagreement which led to the foregoing lawsuit over it, and they gathered to demand their right and there passed between them and […]". The beginning of the name of the official is also readable (الامير ال). Needs examination.
