ככל הנראה מסמך ממלכתי, אך הז'אנר והמטרה הספציפיים לא ברורים. יש מספר רשומות נפרדות הן ברקטו הן בורסו, עם הרבה שטח מבוזבז בשוליים. בתחתית הורסו נראה שמתייחס לשנת 412 ה', שהיא 1021/22 לספירה. מתחת לכך, מזכיר את האמיר עבדאללה בן האמיר צארם אל-דולה. כמה שורות מעל קורא 'מא תקדם ביהי אל-ח'ורוג'... אלא דיוואן אל-אצל....' ליד תחתית הרקטו, מזכיר סיקלי ([...] אל-צקלי) ומישהו בשם ח'ֻטְלֻך' אל-[...]. נדרש בדיקה נוספת.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Probably a state document, but the specific genre and purpose are unclear. There are multiple distinct entries on both recto and verso, with a lot of wasted space in the margins. At the bottom of verso it appears to refer to the year 412 AH, which would be 1021/22 CE. Underneath that, mentions the amīr ʿAbdallāh the son of the amīr Ṣārim al-Dawla. A few lines above, reads, "mā taqaddama bihī al-khurūj... ilā Dīwān al-Aṣl...." Near the bottom of recto, mentions a Sicilian ([...] al-Ṣiqillī) and someone named Khuṭlukh al-[...]. Needs further examination.
