מסמך ממלכתי בכתב ערבי. שמורות כ-3 שורות. שבר גדול, ריווח עצום בין השורות. קשה לקרוא יותר ממספר מילים; אולי מתייחס לדו"ח קודם (ח'דמה אסלפתוהא/אסלפת'הא). שימש לתרגילי עט רבים ותרגילי כתיבה בעברית. יש גם מספר מילים מפוזרות בכתב ערבי בורסו, אולי חלק מכתובת? הביטוי באמצע נראה כמסתיים בשם עלי. טעון בחינה נוספת.
Princeton Geniza Project description: State document in Arabic script. Approximately 3 lines are preserved. Large fragment, huge spacing between the lines. Difficult to read more than a few words; may refer to an earlier report (khidma aslaftuhā/aslafathā). Reused for copious pen trials and writing exercises in Hebrew. There are a few scattered words in Arabic script on verso as well, possibly part of an address? The phrase in the middle appears to end with the name ʿAlī. Needs further examination.
