מסמך בכתב ידו של יפת בן דוד. אולי מפרט הוצאות והכנסות. בין פריטים רבים אחרים מזכיר את אל-בית אל-צג'יר, דאר אל-אזרק, בית הבעלבכי, אל-חבר, רקעה מנסים תמורת 8 דינרים; נגר. נקרע ונעשה בו שימוש חוזר ברקטו לנוסחאות משפטיות לביטול חרם נידוי (תחליל אל-חרם).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Document in the hand of Yefet b. David. Maybe listing expenses and income. Among many other items mentions al-bayt al-ṣaghīr, Dār al-Azraq, the house of the Baʾalbakī, al-Ḥaver, a ruqʿa from Nissim for 8 dinars; a carpenter. Torn and reused on recto for a legal formulary for the reversal of a ban of excommunication (taḥlīl al-ḥerem).
