חלק מטיוטה ראשונית של מסמך לשכה (chancery) המופנה לפקיד ממשלתי. "... bi-l-shadd minka fī istikhrāj al-māl ʿalā l-kamāl ʿalā l-kamāl (sic!) wa-l-tamām wa-qaṣr yad man yudawwim al-iḥtimāʿ ʿalayka wa-l-manʿ min iḥdāth rasm lam tajri bihi l-ʿāda...". כלומר, הוצאה הוראה לטובת הנמען: "כי תוענק לך הסמכות לגבות את הכסף במלואו, כי תיעצר ידו של כל מי שמתחמק באופן מתמיד (מתשלום) כלפיך, וכי תימנע התנהגות בלתי מקובלת". המידע מבוסס על דבריו של ח'אן, ושם ניתן למצוא גם דיון במונח "shadd", הנראה כהתייחסות לסוג של פקיד פיננסי הקרוי shādd. המחוזות הנדונים הם נפות אלע'רביה ואלשרקיה, וכן ג'זירת בני נצר, השוכנת בדלתא של הנילוס בסמוך לנפת אלשרקיה (על פי יאקות, מעג'ם אלבלדאן, חלק ב', עמ' 139).

Princeton Geniza Project description: Part of a preliminary draft of a chancery document addressed to a government official. ". . . bi-l-shadd minka fī istikhrāj al-māl ʿalā l-kamāl ʿalā l-kamāl (sic!) wa-l-tamām wa-qaṣr yad man yudawwim al-iḥtimā' ʿalayka wa-l-manʿ min iḥdāth rasm lam tajri bihi l-ʿāda. . . . " That is, an order has been issued in favor of the addressee: "for you to be granted the power to levy the money in its entirety, for the hand to be restrained of whomsoever continually defaults (on his payment) to you, and for the prevention of an unwonted practice.' See the same references for the term "shadd," likely a reference to some kind of financial administrator called a shādd. The provinces in question are the districts of Gharbiyya and Sharqiyya, and Jazīrat Banī Naṣr, which is in the Delta by the Sharqiyya province. (Yāqūt, Muʿjam al-buldān, II, 139).
