סוף צו עם חמדלה וחסבלה באותיות גדולות (אל'ף של 2 ס'מ), ממוחזר לסידור יהודי עם חמישה ביפוליו. לפחות שלושה מהביפוליו מכילים שאריות מהכתב הערבי של מסמך המדינה.
Princeton Geniza Project description: End of a decree with ḥamdala and ḥasbala in large letters (2 cm alif), recycled into a Jewish prayerbook with five bifolios. At least three of the bifolios have remnants of the Arabic script from the state document on them.
