מסמך משפטי מתוארך לשנת 1424 למניין השטרות, היא שנת 1112/13 לספירה. ששון בן יפת ואשתו הילאלה בת היבה טענו כל אחד לזכויות בעלות על בית קטן. הם מיישבים את הסכסוך ביניהם בכך שהם מסכימים שכל אחד מהם הוא בעלים על חלקים שווים (פורמלית) בבית, וכל אחד מהם זוכה בזכויות מלאות על חלקו ורשאי למכור או להעניק אותו כרצונו. ראו גם מסמך נוסף השייך לאותה פרשה (PGPID 1003). איחוד הקטעים: אלן אלבאום.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal document. Dated: 1424 Seleucid = 1112/13 CE. Sason b. Yefet and his wife Hilāla bt. Hiba each claimed ownership rights over a small house. They settle their dispute by agreeing that they each own (nominal) equal shares in the house, and each has complete rights to his or her share and may sell or donate as he or she chooses.
