שמורה רב-קטעית. בצדו האחורי של הקטע השמאלי מופיעים חשבונות בערבית-יהודית, הערוכים לפי חודשי הלוח המוסלמי. סגנון הרישום החשבונאי תמציתי ובנוי ברובו ממספרים וערכים אלפאנומריים. על פי הפלאוגרפיה, סביר שהמסמך מתוארך למאה ה-15 או ה-16. המילה "דיואני" חוזרת ונשנית לאורך החשבונות.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Multi-fragment shelfmark. The verso of the left fragment contains accounts in Judaeo-Arabic that are organized according to the months of the Islamic calendar. The accounting style is terse and structured mostly by alphanumerical figures. Based on the paleography, the dating is likely 15th- or 16th-century. The word "dīwānī" is repeated throughout the accounts. MCD.
