מסמך מורכב משני טקסטים שונים לפחות שהודבקו זה לזה. בקטע התחתון בצד ה-verso ניכר טקסט בכתב ערבי הפוך, שככל הנראה מדובר בחומר תיעודי-דוקומנטרי. ייתכן שהדיו עבר מהמסמך המקורי בעת הייבוש, או שהטקסט נראה כיום רק מבעד לצדו האחורי של הנייר. דרושה בחינה נוספת.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Multifragment of at least two different texts that are fused together. The lower fragment on the verso retains an inverted Arabic-script text that is probably documentary. It is possible the ink was transferred from the original document while drying or that the text is now only visible through the back of the paper. Requires further examination.
