ככל הנראה חשבון פיסקלי. הרישומים מסודרים בקפידה בטורים, הן בצד הפנים והן בצד הגב, ותופסים כמחצית מרוחב הקטע. בשורה 3 בצד הפנים מופיע השם בו אל-קאסם אבן אל-[...]. בשורה 6 בצד הגב מופיעה ההתייחסות "אל-[...] בלדיאר אל-מצריה". בשורה התחתונה של צד הגב ייתכן שמופיע השם עבד אל-עט'ים בן [...]. דרושה בדיקה נוספת. נכון ליולי 2025 הקטע אינו משומר, וניתן לעיין בו רק במקום הימצאו.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Probably a fiscal account. Arranged neatly in columns on recto and verso taking up approximately half of the width of the fragment. On l. 3 of recto the name Bū l-Qasam Ibn al-[...] appears. On l. 6 of verso refers to "al-[...] bi-l-diyār al-miṣriyya. The bottom line of verso may contain the name ʿAbd al-ʿAẓīm b. [...]. Needs further examination. As of July 2025 this fragment is not conserved and can be seen only in Cambridge.
