(מסמך מס' 11) עסקת מקרקעין בדירה הנמצאת בקומה עליונה בקהיר. הרמוזה, אלמנתו של מסעוד מצראתי, מוכרת את הבעלות על הדירה לרחמה בת משה בן-חיים, אשתו של שמואל הכהן בונא. הדירה הייתה קודם לכן בחזקתה של אסתר, אמה של הרמוזה — אסתר בת עמרם אוזון (ייתכן ששם המשפחה הוא השם התורכי Üzün), אלמנתו של ח'ליפה סווידאן. כחלק מהליך המכירה, הרמוזה מעידה בפני בית הדין שאמה אסתר לא הותירה אחריה יורשים אחרים בעת פטירתה. מחיר הדירה הוא 1,200 מדין, ורחמה שילמה אותם מכספי נדונייתה.

Dated: 2 Adar 5443 AM, which is 1683 CE. (Document #11) Real estate transaction for an upper-story apartment in Cairo in which Hermoza, widow of Masʿūd Miṣrātī, sells ownership of the property to Raḥma bt. Moshe Ben-Ḥayyīm, wife of Shemuʾel ha-Kohen Bona. The apartment had previously been in the possession of Hermoza's mother Esther bt. ʿAmram אוזון (possibly the Turkish surname Üzün), widow of Khalīfa Suwaydān. As part of the sale procedure, Hermoza testifies before the court that her mother Esther left no other heirs at the time of her death. The cost of the apartment is 1,200 medin, which Raḥma paid with money from her dowry. MCD.
