(מסמך מס' 38) כתובה מקוצרת ורשימת נדוניה מלאה של שמואל בן אברהם מאשמי ומסעודה בת חיים יעיש וסולטאנה בת משה הלוי. הערך הכולל של הכתובה עומד על 50,000 מדין, והכתובה כוללת את התנאי שבני הזוג הנשואים "והדירה בחברת אבי החתן הנז׳ כל זמן שיתפשרו ביניהם" — כלומר, יתגוררו בבית אבי החתן כל עוד יצליחו להגיע לידי פשרה ביניהם. בשל הצפיפות הרבה בין הפריטים ברשימת הנדוניה, סדר השורות בתעתיק אינו תואם בדיוק לסדר השורות במסמך המקורי.

Dated 13 Nisan 5443 AM, which is 1683 CE. (Document #38) Abbreviated ketubba and full dowry list of Shemuʾel b. Avraham מאשמי and Masʿuda daughter of Ḥayyīm Yaʿīsh and Sulṭāna bt. Moshe ha-Levi. The total valuation of the ketubba is 50,000 medin and the ketubba contains the condition that the married couple will "reside in the company of the groom's father for as long as they compromise among themselves" (והדירה בחברת אבי החתן הנז׳ כל זמן שיתפשרו ביניהם). Due to the close spacing of items in the dowry list, the transcription's lines are not a one-to-one portrayal of the original document's line order. MCD.
