(מסמך מס' 46) השורות הראשונות של שבועת האלמנוּת שנשבעה סת אלבית בת יוסף פנג'י(?), אלמנתו של שמואל טייב המכונה חאג'. סת אלבית נשבעה בפני בית הדין ובפני ארבעת בניה: יוסף, יצחק, יעקב וחיים. חלק מהסכום המגיע לה מכוח כתובתה קשור לבעלות על חתולי זבאד (החתולי זבאד) ועל נכסים ברובע הקראי בקהיר, ובפרט בדרב אלחדאד.

Dated 23 Iyyar 5443 AM, which is 1683 CE. (Document #46) Upper lines of the oath of widowhood taken by Sitt al-Bayt bt. Yosef Fanji(?), widow of Shemuʾel Ṭayyib aka Ḥajj. Sitt al-Bayt took the oath before the beit din and her four sons: Yosef, Yiṣḥaq, Yaʿaqov, and Ḥayyim. Part of her ketubba settlement is connected to ownership of civet cats (החתולי זבאד) and properties in the Karaite quarter of Cairo, specifically Darb al-Ḥaddād. MCD.
