Princeton Geniza Project description: Legal record (#53) in a court register/pinqas from a Rabbanite beit din in Cairo (on f. 14v of BL OR 6356). In Hebrew. Location: Cairo. Dated 20 Sivan 5443 AM, which is 1683 CE. (Document #53) Communal agreement between Shelomo Primo, Gabbay of the Sicilian Congregation, and Nissim Griyani, Gabbay of the Maghrebi Congregation. Shelomo and Nissim allocate funds toward the renovation of properties held within in each congregation's qodesh. MCD.
