רקטו: שופטים ג, יא–טו, עם מספר מקרים של דיטוגרפיה (כפילויות). בשוליים השמאליים, תחילת שמואל א יג, יב. שמו של שלמה בן שמואל הלוי הדיין כתוב באותיות גדולות בשוליים. ורסו: בראש הדף נכתבו הצירופים "אני שלמה" ו"אני שלמה הלוי" באותיות מרובעות קטנות. שאר העמוד והשוליים הימניים תפוסים על ידי קולופון, באותו כתב יד של הצירופים הללו, באותיות מרובעות גדולות, המתיימר להיות הקולופון של המעתיק המפורסם שמואל בן יעקב, המצהיר בו שכתב וניקד את הטקסט וצירף לו את המסורה. קולופון זה אינו קשור כלל לקטע המקראי שמעבר לדף, שאינו מנוקד ואינו מלווה בהערות מסורה. סביר להניח שהקולופון הועתק בידי הסופר שכתב את "אני שלמה", ולא נכתב בפועל על ידי הסופר שמואל בן יעקב עצמו. Princeton Geniza Project description: Recto: Judges 3:11–15, with a number of cases of dittography. In the left margin, beginning of 1 Samuel 13:12. The name Shelomo b. Shemuʾel ha-Levi l the judge is written in large letters on the margins. Verso: at the top, the phrases “I, Shelomo” and “I, Shelomo ha-Levi” are written in small square characters. The rest of the page and the right margin are taken by a colophon, in the same hand as the above phrases, in large square characters, which purports to be that of the famous copyist Shemuʾel b. Yaʿaqov, who states that he wrote and vocalised the text and provided it with the Masora. This colophon is unrelated to the biblical passage overleaf, which is unvocalised and does not come with masoretic notes. The colophon is likely to have been copied by the writer of “I, Shelomo“ rather than being actually written by the scribe Shemuʾel b. Yaʿaqov.
