שו"ת בכתב ידו של אברהם בן יג'ו, העוסקים בשאלת תוקפם של נישואי שפחה משוחררת ומעמדם של ילדיה. תימן, בערך 1140. כשפרידמן פרסם לראשונה את התשובות הללו בשנת 1986, הוא סבר שמקורן ככל הנראה במאה האחת-עשרה, אך בשלב מאוחר יותר זיהה את כתב היד ככתב ידו של אבן יג'ו.
Princeton Geniza Project description: IB III, 29c. Responsa in Avraham Ibn Yiju's hand: legitimacy of a manumitted female slave's marriage and status of her children, Yemen, ca. 1140. When he first published them in 1986, Friedman believed that the responsa were probably from the eleventh century, but he later identified the hand as Ibn Yijū's.
