רשימה של פריטים הפותחת בבסמלה ומסתיימת באינשאללה. השם אלשיח' דאוד מופיע בפינה השמאלית העליונה (בכתב יד אחר). הכמויות נקובות בדרהמים (כתוב אדראהם עם אליף עזר). הצבעים של הפריטים מצוינים כתכלת (סמנג'וני) ולבן, והמילה חריר (משי) ייתכן שמופיעה בשורה 2, כמו גם לעאלע (בגדי משי?). (כרטיסיית האינדקס של גויטיין וגם CUDL מציעים שמדובר במרשם רפואי, אך נראה שאין הדבר כך.)
Princeton Geniza Project description: A list of items beginning with the basmala and ending with an inshāllah. The name al-shaykh Dāʾud appears at upper left (in a different hand). Quantities are expressed in dirhams (written ادراهم with an auxiliary alif). The colors of items are listed as azure (samanjūnī) and white, and the word ḥarīr (silk) may appear in l. 2 as well as laʿāliʿ (silk garments?). (Goitein's index card and CUDL both suggest that this is a medical recipe, but this does not appear to be the case.)
