חשבון של ההקדש: הכנסות משכר דירה, ככל הנראה משנת 1043 בקירוב. הרישום נכתב בידי יפת בן דוד בן שכניה, ועודנו מתייחס ל"ארבעת החודשים" הנזכרים במסמך אחר, ולפיכך נראה כי מדובר בהמשך ישיר שלו. עיקר עניינו של המסמך הוא בגביית פיגורי תשלומים שפורטו בחלק הקודם. המידע מבוסס על גיל. ראו גם את כרטיסיית ההערות של גויטיין.
Princeton Geniza Project description: Account of the Qodesh: revenue from rent, ca. probably 1043. This record written by Yefet b. David b. Shekhanya still refers to "the four months" mentioned in T-S 20.168, and seems therefore to be a continuation of it.
