רקטו: ספר לימוד עברית לילדים. בדפים 1–2r מופיע האלף-בית מנוקד במגוון תנועות טברניות, ולאחריו המילה חֲזֶק (כך במקור) וברכת "אתה בחרתנו". בדף 2v נמצא קטע מקראי מנוקד (כולל סימני רפה) מספר ויקרא (א, א–ב).
Princeton Geniza Project description: Recto: children’s Hebrew textbook consisting (ff. 1-2r) of the alphabet vocalised with the various Tiberian vowels, followed by חֲזֶק (sic) and the benediction ‘You chose us’ (אתה בחרתנו).
